votesBill Foundation works as one with local shelters, rescuers, veterinarians and trainers to rescue dogs in dire situations and place them in forever homes. We strive to create a community where we enable our adopters, donors, volunteers, fosters and fans to take action and become a part of our fight against canine overpopulation and abuse. Our entire philosophy is focused on the good we can do together as a community. How each of us can change the world just one dog at a time. Simply put, it takes a village to save a dog.

September 6 at 3:28amI love Hope for Paws, and The Bill Foundation. They work together to get innocent dogs off the streets and into loving homes. They deserve all the grants, donations, and funding available!
