votesMISSION STATEMENT Journey’s End Ranch Animal Sanctuary (JERAS) provides a permanent, nurturing sanctuary for horses, burros, dogs, pigs and sheep, which have experienced difficulty being placed due to injury, trauma, age, behavior or neglect. JERAS also participates in emergency rescue, rehab and re-homing services on a case-by-case and available-resource basis, as well as actively advocates to end animal homelessness and unnecessary euthanasia.

This woman works tirelessly and without any help caring for these animals. She never does anything for herself. Her reward is seeing an abused, neglected animal get a good loving refuge to live out their days. Please vote

September 6 at 7:33pmI never met Catherine personally nor do I know her for a very long time through facebook. what I can tell you about Cat is that she is an amazing woman, very smart and well read and informed, educated and always out for the best of every animal. Cat and her mustangs, borros, pig and dogs all need you to vote for her so she can continue to care for the homeless and rescues.

September 8 at 12:31pmOne of the things about Catherine Ritlaw that is so inspiring to me is that she takes the elderly animals, the ones no one wants. It's bad enough when young animals are discarded by ruthless and heartless owners but when a real senior citizen is tossed out, well, they have about a snowball's chance in..... unless Catherine takes them. And when she does take them, she LOVES them with everything she has and she CARES for them to heal and comfort their aches and pains and what you see in their transformation is simply amazing. Such a wonderful lady and I am so glad to be able to call her my friend. Please VOTE for Catherine and please use the Tweet and Facebook buttons to tell all your friends to come vote too.
